Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Leva Limited ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, browses, registers upon, or otherwise utilizes the website located at casinowildies.uk ("the Website"). By accessing or using the Website in any manner whatsoever, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, provisions, and notices contained within this Agreement. If the User does not agree to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, access to and use of the Website must be discontinued immediately.

This Agreement is entered into between the User and Leva Limited, a company duly incorporated and operating under the regulatory authority of the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, bearing license reference ALSI-152406026-FI2. The Company is authorized to conduct its operations in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the aforementioned licensing body, and all services provided through the Website are subject to such regulatory oversight.

The User represents and warrants that they possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into this binding Agreement. Where applicable, the User further represents that they have attained the minimum legal age required to access gaming and gambling-related services within their jurisdiction of residence. Access to and use of the Website shall be deemed to constitute an affirmative representation by the User that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied at the time of each visit.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion. Such modifications shall be deemed effective upon their publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website following the publication of any amendment shall constitute the User's acceptance of the modified terms. It is the User's sole responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes that may have been introduced.

Access to the Website is granted to the User on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis, strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms set forth herein. The following activities are strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement: (a) the use of the Website for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful; (b) the transmission of any unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or promotional materials through the Website; (c) the introduction of any virus, worm, Trojan horse, malware, spyware, or other malicious code into the Website or its associated systems; (d) any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, its servers, databases, or any related systems or networks; (e) the use of automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar data extraction tools to collect information from the Website without the prior written consent of the Company; (f) the impersonation of any person or entity, or the misrepresentation of the User's affiliation with any person or entity; (g) the posting, uploading, or transmission of any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable; (h) the circumvention, disabling, or interference with any security-related features of the Website; (i) the use of the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality or performance of the Website or its underlying infrastructure; and (j) the collection or harvesting of any personal information pertaining to other users of the Website without their express consent.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User's access to the Website upon the determination that a violation of this Agreement or any applicable law has occurred or is suspected of having occurred. Such termination shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the Company toward the affected User.

The User acknowledges that certain services available through the Website may be subject to geographic restrictions and may not be accessible from all jurisdictions. It is the User's sole responsibility to ascertain whether access to and use of the Website is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence or location. The Company makes no representation that the Website or its contents are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

All content published, displayed, or otherwise made available through the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video materials, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Website ("Proprietary Content"), constitutes the intellectual property of Leva Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights.

No rights, title, or interest in or to any Proprietary Content are transferred to the User by virtue of this Agreement or by the User's access to or use of the Website. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company and its respective licensors.

The User is expressly prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, publishing, broadcasting, transmitting, modifying, adapting, translating, creating derivative works from, selling, licensing, sublicensing, or otherwise exploiting any Proprietary Content, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of the Company. Any unauthorized use of the Proprietary Content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Where the User submits, uploads, posts, or otherwise contributes any content to the Website, the User hereby grants to the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Website and the Company's business activities. The User represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant the foregoing license and that the contributed content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party.

Trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Website are the registered or unregistered trademarks of Leva Limited or third parties. Nothing contained in this Agreement or on the Website shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Website without the prior written permission of the respective trademark owner.
